MYCOBI provides investment readiness assessment services, evaluation tools, and platform features designed to help companies prepare for investment opportunities. By using our assessment services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Assessment results are based on information provided by you and are not guarantees of investment success
• We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements
• Assessment scores and recommendations are tools for guidance only
• You are solely responsible for all investment decisions and business outcomes
• We may share anonymized assessment data for research and platform improvement purposes

AI-Generated Content: The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and automated systems to generate assessments, recommendations, and insights ("AI-Generated Content").

Educational Purpose Only: All AI-Generated Content, including but not limited to investment readiness scores, business recommendations, strategic guidance, and improvement suggestions, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Such content does not constitute professional advice, investment recommendations, guarantees of future performance, or certified assessments.

User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and relevance of AI-Generated Content, conducting independent due diligence before making business decisions, and consulting qualified professionals before acting on any recommendations.

No Liability for AI Recommendations: MYCOBI expressly disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-Generated Content. Users acknowledge that following AI-generated recommendations is done at their own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MYCOBI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any errors will be corrected.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MYCOBI regarding the use of the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
